Purchased for the small office I work at and have had no issues with this unit. Works great for our needs.

this shredder is nice and quiet. Just remember though, it is a strip cutter and not a cross cutter.
It actually works.
I wish I'd bought a decent shredder like this years ago instead of wasting all that money replacing those cheap ones you buy at Sam's. This shredder is quiet, strong, and quick with a good pile of paper at a time.
I'm very satisfied with it.
